Production Team Member

Starting Rate: $21.66 / Hour

Position Overview

Metalpha Production Technicians operate industrial machinery to produce steel cord. This role offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and quarterly profit sharing. Requires ability to work in a drug-free environment and minimum age of 18.

Essential Duties

  • Ensure safety and adhere to Guiding Principles.
  • Operate machinery, prepare documentation, and maintain 3S standards.
  • Follow SOPs and maintain consistent attendance.

Requirements

  • Use required PPE (metatarsal shoes, glasses, hearing protection).
  • Lift up to 50 lbs; stand/bend/kneel near machinery.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
